Prints & Digital Files

My FINE ART PRINTS are produced by BayPhoto in California, which employs high-quality archival inks with its fine art papers, ensuring longevity and museum gallery quality. I offer prints framed (black frame, white matting) and unframed (prints ship flat), and unless otherwise requested use Moab Lasal Exhibition Luster, a weighty (300 gsm) ultra-white paper with a semi-gloss finish.

Shipping

Prints typically arrive at your door 7-10 days after ordering.

Refunds & Returns

For fine art prints and digital downloads, all sales are FINAL and NOT RETURNABLE.

For canvas prints, I can often arrange a return. Shipping (in original packaging) will be the purchaser’s responsibility.

As is conventional in fine art photography, I, Matthew Muspratt, retain the COPYRIGHT to this and every photograph on my website. All physical prints and digital download files purchased by you are for your NON-EXCLUSIVE PERSONAL USE ONLY. Please contact me for licensing and permission information if you are interested in any commercial or other non-personal use.

For digital downloads, purchase grants non-exclusive USAGE rights to resize, crop, and print my photograph to suit your personal needs (or display on your personal computer desktop, phone screen, etc.). You are free to print on your own printer or email the file to any print shop or online print service. The digital file and any resulting print, however, remain for your sole personal use only, and may not be distributed, re-sold, licensed, given away, or otherwise conveyed to any other party in any way (though a print may be delivered once as a gift). Further, you may not edit, modify, or create derivative works of my photograph; nor may my image be used on any website or platform (personal or professional).

Again, please contact me if you are interested in using a digital file for any non-personal use or if you have questions about these restrictions. I want you to enjoy the image! I don’t want you to upload it, email it, or print it out multiple times for everyone else to enjoy free of charge!

Any infringement of the above COPYRIGHT and USAGE terms is in direct violation of copyright laws.

My CANVAS WALL DISPLAYS are professionally printed and handcrafted in North America by CanvasPop. The poly-cotton blend matte canvas is archival-certified and OBA-free, coated with an acid-free, scratch-resistant UV laminate. Canvas displays ship ready to hang, already stretched across a sturdy wood frame 0.75” thick. There is no exterior perimeter frame; the image visibly wraps about the edges.

My DIGITAL DOWNLOAD option instantly delivers a high-resolution image file via a limited-access link. No physical product is shipped. Please note the Copyright & Usage restrictions on this page.

N.B. The gallery and product images on my website are illustrative only. I take great care in processing my images, but depending on size and medium (and your monitor’s settings), your print or digital download may vary slightly in terms of precise cropping, texture, and color and contrast.

For framed prints, please note the following dimensions:

• 12 x 8 and 12 x 9 prints are mounted in 14 x 11 frames

• 18 x 12 prints are mounted in 24 x 20 frames

• 16 x 12 prints are mounted in 20 x 16 frames

• 24 x 16 and 24 x 18 prints are mounted in 30 x 24 frames
